A rich, small‑batch medium roast—crafted to drink black or to elevate into an after‑dinner cordial and finished while warm to lock in flavor and pairs beautifully with the warm spice profile of Mexican chocolate (cacao, sugar, cinnamon, and optional chiles or nuts).
To evoke the classic Mexican chocolate character alongside our coffee, we incorporate and recommend pairings that reflect its traditional components: cacao (coarsely ground), granulated sugar, and cinnamon; many recipes also include chiles, nuts, and warming spices, giving Mexican chocolate its rustic texture and complex spice profile. These ingredients complement the coffee’s chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla notes.
