SHIPPING POLICY 

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to international locations, including the UK or Europe. 

Order Processing Time To ensure the highest quality, orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. 

Estimated Shipping Times Our standard delivery window is: 

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days 

Please note: While most orders arrive within this window, shipping times can occasionally vary due to high demand or carrier delays. 

Multiple Packages If you order different types of products (e.g., a bag of coffee and a coffee mug), they may be shipped from different specialized facilities. In this case, you may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking numbers at different times. 

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system. 

Shipping Costs 

Orders over $50: Free Shipping 

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. 

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
