For our signature creations—like our decadent Dubai Chocolate, comforting Pecan Pie, and rich Whiskey Barrel Aged blends—we carefully select specialty beans whose natural tasting notes perfectly complement the infusion. The result is a smooth, balanced, and premium cup of coffee that tastes exactly like a luxury treat, without the artificial aftertaste.

 

Question:  How fresh is my coffee when it arrives?

Answer:  Grocery store coffee can sit on shelves for months, losing its natural oils, aroma, and vibrant flavor. At e-coffee.shop, our beans are roasted in small batches and packed immediately into specialized bags equipped with one-way freshness valves to lock in the peak flavor notes. When it hits your doorstep, it’s at absolute peak freshness.

 

Question:  Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

Answer:  We offer both!
Whole Bean: Perfect if you love grinding your own beans fresh every morning to maximize flavor and aroma.
Standard Ground: Universally ground to perfectly suit traditional drip coffee makers, pour-overs, and reusable filters.

 

Question:  Is Lady's story just a story or did it actually happen?

Answer:  Yes, Lady showed up in my driveway, snuggled against my leg as a puppy, and we automatically had a connection! That has shaped my decisions in building this company from its start. I only wish I had the capabilities to do more for the many strays I have seen and continue to see to this day. I'm glad to send some of the proceeds of this company to no-kill shelters to further this cause!

 

Question:  How does my morning cup help save animals?

Answer:  Your daily coffee ritual is actively giving a dog or cat a second chance at life. We operate with a mission-driven approach called Coffee With a Cause, inspired by our own rescue dog, Lady. A dedicated portion of the proceeds from every single bag you buy goes directly to supporting stray animal rescue operations, medical care, and food for shelters right here in Harris County and with your help span out to many other counties in the USA.

 

Question:  Is this a one-time thing, or do you support rescues year-round?

Answer:  We are entirely committed to the cause year-round. Every single time you restock your coffee supply with us, you are continuously funding rescue efforts. We believe that doing good shouldn't be a temporary campaign—it's the core foundation of why e-coffee.shop exists.

 

Question:  I’m new to specialty artisan coffee. Which blend should I try first?

Answer:  Welcome to the family! If you have a sweet tooth and love a rich, luxurious morning treat, we highly recommend starting with our crowd-favorite Dubai Chocolate blend. If you prefer something smooth, warm, and classic, you can't go wrong with our Pecan Pie.

 

Question:  How long will it take for my order to ship?

Answer:  Because we focus on small-batch quality, orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, we will automatically send you a tracking link via text or email so you can follow your fresh roast right to your doorstep.
