Candy‑cane flavored coffee begins with a smooth, medium‑roast Arabica base. Our roasters apply high‑quality peppermint flavoring oil to beans while they are still warm from the roaster so the mint adheres evenly and the cup finishes clean rather than cloying.
The result is a cup that opens with bright, cool peppermint on the nose, followed by a warm coffee backbone—think minty top notes with a rounded, slightly sweet midpalate. Our small‑batch producers use only natural flavored techniques to keep the peppermint crisp and avoid artificial aftertastes.
